McDonald's in Werder upon Havel

Joah fits ... Only little things are forgotten now and then, but you have super cute employees. They sometimes proudly say they thought of the salt but forgot the ice cubes ... Still potential!

Small, clear Mc Donalds .... Nice service, nice branch management ... Tastes great here ...

I go to McDonalds every now and then. I really like to eat McRibs there, but also other things. Unfortunately, I don't like the fries, they are too thin and not crispy enough for me personally, so one star less. Due to the corona location, the branch in our city has also been implemented in a very exemplary way and you can go in there with peace of mind.

Fast food. The food actually comes quickly. The service is friendly, even if it's hectic.

Toys or other promotional products no longer available, sometimes poorly understandable staff. Insufficient payment options.

Bad management, not even 0845 iffen. Staff looks through the window at the waiting guests. But apparently has no desire. You didn't deserve it. You can sleep in from Monday. Better this way

Much too slow for a fast food restaurant (waited almost 15 minutes). Ordered a salad (gluten-free) and what was in it? Bread (croutons). 🥴

As an asthma sufferer, I would be refused entry without a mask despite my doctor's certificate and I would be portrayed as a mask refuser. Which is clearly a discrimination / insult. Then the branch manager who looked unkempt lied to me, said: "That he is not allowed to do that according to the law!" I think this statement clearly testifies to his poor education / training in behavior with customers! It's a shame for McDonalds

Super Mc Donalds !!! We have never seen such friendly, helpful and especially child-friendly employees. That was amazing! The waiting time for the menus was also extremely short. A surprise for us !!! Thank you and a clear recommendation!

Unfortunately, in spite of a completely empty branch and a large sign “Orders”, one is referred to the terminal and treated as an unsuspecting person. So probably more to Burger King. It has never happened to me like this before.

The hand disinfection (if you can speak of one with the stuff) at the entrance is taken care of but you look in vain for clean tables! The fries tasted old and the nuggets weren't fresh either and were cold too. (Unfortunately already often with this Mc Donalds) The apple cone had expired for 2 days. Definitely the worst Mc Donalds in the area for me.

Stop fast food! Sometimes the employees make a really overwhelmed impression ... mostly something is missing in the food bag! Otherwise ... "Fast Food" is mostly just an umbrella term at McDonald's

I loved shopping in Mcdonalds. But today, which order is uncooked meat, didn't taste good. The worker was very polite because she was late to order, I never want to eat there again.

Lately the service has been refused in this "restaurant" if you want to place your order with someone. Instead, you should communicate with a machine. I can only recommend going to the nearest snack bar where you can still talk to someone. I wish the branch every success with its new concept.

A bad German-speaking person knows how to decontaminate my hands immediately ..... he didn't look showered either. Never again ! Decay form of all customs This Mc Donalds is not recommended.

I stopped there spontaneously this morning and immediately turned into one harsh tone advised to order at the machine. That would have been okay so far, when I asked about the scrambled eggs with bacon and hash browns, came promptly from a middle-aged gentleman .... she hasn't been around for four months and has had a great time at my expense. Yes, my mistake, of course I should have known. I will definitely not stop there either.

Every single employee has fun at work. Orders are always correct and for the most part completely fresh. Waiting times very short. Simply great

The organization, if it worked, would be good. But my number never came. Whereupon I ask, the friendly gentleman took my receipt, said loudly what it says, but he packed something else. Unfortunately something that was cheaper. And not nearly matched my order. The chick parts were more breading. And completely wrong. Cheese like in my order was not on it. So I have to say, they won't see me again so quickly.

Service was nice and friendly, food came quickly. But I hate it when the burger is so carelessly thrown into the package. Not even properly assembled the thing. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
